RETURN
POLICY
Eddo
Pollak Design Ltd. will issue a full refund if merchandise is returned
in new condition with a sales receipt within 7 days of purchase,
except for all custom orders and sale items.
All sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded, but we will issue you a credit note.
Between
8 and 30 days after purchase we will issue you a credit note. Any
item returned must be in new condition and without any damage. After
30 days items cannot be refunded.
If
you wish the item you are returning to be picked up by our delivery
service and returned to our store, a delivery charge will apply.
The delivery charge will be subjected to the distance of the pick-up
location.
WARRANTY
We offer a warranty on
all our furniture products for 12 months from purchase date to be
free from defective workmanship and materials. Defective products
can be returned to be fixed whenever possible or otherwise will
be replaced.
This warranty does not
apply to cracks which may appear when exposed to the elements which
are considered entirely natural for teak outdoor furniture or damage
caused from misuse or abuse.
PAYMENT
Payment
in full is required prior to pickup or delivery. All products remain
on the property of Eddo Pollak Design Ltd. until payment is received
in full.
DELIVERY
The delivery charge will be subjected to the distance to the delivery location.
DEPOSIT POLICY
Any
custom order requires a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed.
The order cannot be cancelled once we have placed the order with
our supplier.
LAYAWAYS
Layaways
are the purchase of any product that is in stock at our store and
that the purchaser is not taking with them but picking up later
or getting delivered. As we must set this product aside and it is
not available for purchse by anyone else, we require full payment
at the time of purchase. |
